The 3rd strumming pattern is also another modification to Pattern A1. It is another variation to make the later part of the song more lively. It is usually used for parts of songs where one chord last for the duration of 1 Bar. We shall use the song 晴天 by 周杰伦to demo.
In this exercise, note that:
1) Intro at Line 1 and 2 use Plucking.
2) Intro at Line 3 and 4 use the new Strumming Method Pattern A3.
3) Verse 1, 2 and Pre-Chorus mostly use Strumming Method Pattern A1 for simplicity.
4) Most of the Chorus use the new Strumming Method Pattern A3.
5) The new pattern is base on the Pattern A1 except from 3rd Beat onwards are all different strokes.
